The Wall Climbing experience at Vanaprastha Nature features a 30-metre long inclined climbing wall equipped with securely fixed climbing studs designed to challenge participants at different difficulty levels. Set amidst a natural outdoor environment, this activity pushes individuals to test their physical strength, endurance, focus, and determination in a safe and controlled manner.

Wall climbing is a full-body workout that strengthens the hands and forearms, biceps, shoulders, neck, trapezius muscles, upper and lower back, abdominal muscles, glutes, thighs, and calves.
